The real-meal recipe pack aims to show young people how to cook tasty and healthy meals, either at school or at home. Each recipe uses simple ingredients and equipment, and meets healthy-eating guidelines. Recipes can be downloaded individually, or all 32 can be ordered to distribute among year 7 students.

The pack has been produced by the Department for Children, Schools and Families, together with the British Nutrition Foundation, the Design and Technology Association, the School Food Trust and the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust.
