The following information will advise on the implementation of the new statutory duty on all Maintained Nursery Schools (MNSs) to have a Governing body from 1 September 2003.
Detailed procedural guidance for all schools is available on GovernorNet (see link under further reading) and was issued to all schools, including maintained nursery schools, in June.
