Teachers' pensions events
This autumn Teachers� Pensions and the DfES will be holding a series of free regional seminars, which aim to inform all employers about the changes to the Teachers� Pension Scheme.
Employers will learn how the changes affect them and scheme members, and how employers can best use the flexibilities and benefits of the modernised scheme to support workforce management and flexible retirement.
The events are aimed primarily at those responsible for HR policy and planning and who have the authority to ensure that the modernised scheme�s benefits and flexibilities are embedded within their organisation�s overall HR strategy and communicated effectively to members.
