Shine- National Schools Festival
To be part of the first Shine festival and join this national campaign, schools can schedule special events and celebrations to fit within the festival week and in addition can have a school profile within the Shine website to illustrate the talents of their students.
Shine can help by sending schools a creative kit of ideas and resources, such as poster blanks, certificates, stickers as well as assisting with publicity and providing guidelines enabling students to upload their good work on to the website. There will be a strong media presence across the country, both regionally and nationally with the endorsement and support of the Prime Minister, Government Ministers and leaders in business, the arts and the creative industries.
You can download both the Shine leaflet and the invitation letter to headteachers which partner schools are being invited to circulate to their school networks.
