Schools Recruitment Service

Due to launch in early 2009, the online Schools Recruitment Service is being developed to provide schools and education authorities in England with a better process for recruiting permanent teaching and support staff.

Using the latest online applicant tracking technology, the new service will enable schools and local authorities to:

  • track the candidate from application to appointment stage
  • post vacancies, book and formulate advertisements
  • filter, track and respond to applications
  • evaluate the success of recruitment campaigns.

The benefits will include:

  • better market and media intelligence
  • better matching of candidates to jobs
  • savings to schools and local authorities on time, resources and money
  • a better all-round service for applicants, which is efficient, user-friendly and standardised.

Held at Stand R05 in the Barcelo Hinckley Island Hotel, Hinckley, Leicestershire, this month's exhibition will enable school business managers to:

  • find out more about the service including how to become an early adopter
  • have one-to-one discussions with the team about the system and its benefits
  • register their interest.
