Governors may be aware that the DCSF recently held a series of conferences around the country to launch the Gaining Ground strategy. Feedback from the conferences was very positive. Because of their key role in helping to drive this programme, we have decided to hold an information session on 7 July 2009 for governors who were unable to attend. The session runs from 1.30-4.30 pm and will take place in Sanctuary Buildings, Great Smith Street, SW1P 3BT.
