International Education Week 13-17 November

Whatever subject you are involved with, International Education Week (IEW) can help teachers and pupils be more internationally minded. There is no need to do anything extra unless you want to, of course. But if your school is planning anything related to international activities, consider organising it between 13-17 November.

Find out more about IEW and how it has been celebrated in previous years on TeacherNets IEW page or visit the Global Gateway website for ideas on:

  • Lessons and activities
  • Finding a partner
  • Putting on an event

The DfES would like to know how your school plans to mark IEW 2006. If you'd like to share your experience email [email protected].
