The Schools Admissions Code

Jim Knight, in his letter to schools and local authorities, has said there is evidence that some local authorities and schools which manage their own admission arrangements have not complied with the law in setting their admission arrangements for 2008 and urges them to get their admissions policies (currently being consulted on) in line for admissions in September 2009.
